- Not suitable for pets
- No parties or events
- Check-in is anytime after 1 PM
- Check out by 10 AM
- Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment
- Extinguish all electric appliances when going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, lights etc.)
- Produce no noise after 11:00 PM
- Take care of the inventory
- Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
